• Maintain and promptly update your account information

5. Club Responsibilities

Clubs using PadelLadder are responsible for managing their ladders, verifying match results, and maintaining fair play among participants. Clubs must ensure that their use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Match Results and Disputes

Players are responsible for accurately recording match results. In case of disputes, clubs have the authority to review and modify results as necessary. PadelLadder is not responsible for resolving disputes between players or clubs.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PadelLadder and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PadelLadder, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
